Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We reserve the right to update or modify our return policy at any time without prior notice. To avoid misunderstandings, we encourage you to review all terms and conditions before making a purchase.

Please note that once payment is accepted, cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will not be entertained. Customers are responsible for inspecting their items upon receipt.

We accept return or exchange requests only under the following circumstances:

  1. Incorrect Item Delivered – If we mistakenly send you the wrong product.
  2. Damaged or Defective Item – While we take great care to ensure product quality, should you receive a damaged or defective item, we will assist with a return.
  3. Expired Product – If an item delivered is past its expiration date.

Re-Delivery of Items

To qualify for a re-delivery, the returned item must be in the same condition as received.

Initially, the customer will bear the shipping cost for the return, but a full refund will be issued once we receive and verify the item’s condition.

The correct item will be shipped to you free of charge. However, we cannot accept returns if the product shows signs of use or further damage. In such cases, shipping fees and the product cost will not be refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
